We ship USPS Flat Rate, Priority Mail and UPS Ground Service; Domestic Shipping Only. You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped. Please allow 1-3 days for Priority Mail shipping, once it leaves our facility.

Return Policy:

We are confident you will be pleased with our products, as they are created with great care and a commitment to providing the highest quality, along with using some of the finest natural botanical & aromatic ingredients. However, occasionally, there may be circumstances beyond our control, for example, broken, damaged items or the wrong product placed in your shipment; for times such as these, please E-Mail us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order, explaining the nature of the order. Of course we will resolve this issue for you in a timely manner as soon as possible, at no cost to you.

If upon receipt of the order you realize you made a mistake in your ordering selections, for example, you wanted facial serum and ordered facial cream, we will accept returns of UNOPENED products, although we must charge a 25% restocking fee. You must first notify Divine Chalice Botanicals immediately, within 24 hours of receiving your order, letting us know of the problem with the order, prior to returning it. NO RETURNS will be accepted or credited for any reason without prior authorization. Shipping & Handling charges are never refundable.

However, once one of our products has been opened, we are unable to resell it due to reasons of Quality Control. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns of any opened products for any reason, except as described above, in case of our error, with prior authorization. In addition, because of the Natural Ingredients we use in our products, color and scent variations often occur; this does not warrant a return, as it does not change the characteristic properties.

With reference to Custom Blends & Products: Returns are not accepted for any reason once the custom products have been formulated.

If for any reason you find it necessary to change or cancel your order, please contact us via telephone within 30 minutes of placing the order. After that time, we will not be able to make any changes.

We offer various samples packaged in 1/8 oz. sizes at minimal prices, plus $6.50 shipping & handling, Priority Mail. Botanical Oasis Luxurious Facial Creme is $4.00; Shimmering Grace Facial Serum is $6.00; Facial Cleansers, Body Creme and Facial & Body Clay Masques are all $3.00 each. (Limit two each, per address).

If you are interested, simply send us an E-mail requesting the products you would like to sample, and we will be happy to ship them to you. An e-mail will be sent to you when your order is shipped. Payments may be made via check (U.S. Mail) or via PayPal (click “Send Money” and then fill in the appropriate e-mail addresses).
